changed over to use execvp and waitpid which should align more closely with windows, and alleviate issues with argument delimiters

added package and class exclude lists from bytecode instrumentation due to poorly formed bytecode in jython

added ckjm metrics tool, modified bcel library so that we can work around ckjm incorrectly picking up files from the system class path, and mods to the agent for improved class reporting.

now use asm-3.2-bin.zip since it contains some auxillary jars that we need.  Introducing <clinit> modification and addition code.
