tested with a TPC-C like workload provided by the derbyTesting.jar from
Derby 10.5.3.0.

Added the h2 benchmark, removed derby benchmark, added the derby library.
Modified the libs and build to reflect these changes.

zip file can be produced.

build nickname can be specified with the
  -Dbuild.nickname=somename
and the build version can be specified with
  -Dbuild.version=someversionstring
These will default to development and head-rXXXX where XXXX is the revision
number of the svn checkout or Unknown if the revision number cannot be determined.
Note: This will be extended later.

The buid nickname and build version are placed in the MANIFEST.MF of the dacapo.jar
as Specification-Version and Implementation-Version respectively---this needs to be
checked for sanity.

cvs and svn to (svn|cvs)-yyyyMMdd-hhmm also propagate yyyyMMdd-hhmm build.time and
log.dir to other ant scripts.

1) Build each benchmark regardless of the failure of any other benchmark to build.
2) Report the PASS or FAIL status of each benchmark during the build in a
     log/YYYYMMDD-HHMM/status.txt
   file where YYYYMMDD-HHMM is the time at which the build was run
3) Report the PASS state of a build (i.e. all benchmark built) by constructing a file
     log/YYYYMMDD-HHMM/pass.txt
   (for the same time as in point (1) ).
4) Report the FAIL state of a build (i.e. one or more benchmarks did not
   build correctly by constructing a file
     log/YYYYDDMM-HHMM/fail.txt
   (for the same time as in point (1) ).
Note: Either a pass.txt or a fail.txt file is constructed, not both.

 - Starts tomcat on port 7080
