daytrader to build and execute.

[svn r483] Changed over to using littleG for tradebeans and tradesoap.  The build process is functional,
needs some alteration to make it more elegant.

Turned on failonerror and failifexecutionfails for installing activemq, tomcat,
jasper and jasper-el for daytrader.

[svn r462] Fixed up some platform-specific issues; however require user to have correct mvn in path before calling ant
