added the property dacapo.callback.classpath which can be used to specify the path for finding user defined Callback classes

Separated Digest into a separate library for inclusion in Tomcat and default Harness.
Removed dependency in H2 benchmark code on Config (and commons cli).
Top-level harness now loads classes through a separate class loader, which has a
common parent with the benchmark class loader, but is not itself an ancestor or the
benchmark class loader.  This isolates harness code from benchmark code.

changed over to use execvp and waitpid which should align more closely with windows, and alleviate issues with argument delimiters

updated for new jstl-impl-1.2.jar point release---we may need to host this since the frequency of updates to this is quite high

removed jar directive from .cnf and renamed libs directive to jars and included jar entry in jars list

added package and class exclude lists from bytecode instrumentation due to poorly formed bytecode in jython

added ckjm metrics tool, modified bcel library so that we can work around ckjm incorrectly picking up files from the system class path, and mods to the agent for improved class reporting.
