[svn r574] Fix for tradesoap. For some reason some part of the guts of geronimo uses an inheritable thread local for something that is not thread safe. To avoid this we now call the initialization logic in its own thread, so that each of the dacapo traders has its own value for this thread local.

[svn r563] Completely re-work geronimo kernel interactions for trade.  Aside from cleaning up and simplifying, this solves observed memory leaks, allowing the benchmark to be run for many iterations.
