Names given to API should already have '@' or '%' attached to
them, as appropriate. Function versions are a bit trickier;
will need to see if current AST conforms to spec.

Also comes with the following undesirable changes:

- TypeCheck is gone
- Builder itself is gone, replaced by a typeclass `MuBuilder`
