fix: spawning child processes for tests that requires a running Mu instance; add option to load shared library using RTLD_GLOBAL, toegether with spawning, fix problem with test_throw that fails after running other tests

refactoring; use SPAWN_PROC environment variable to determine whether to spawn child process or not. Not spawning child process may be able to provide clearer assertion fails

test NEW instruction, also test thread transformation and worked around libmu library loading problem
