modified Mu clock callback to use CCALL of the implementation in C; removed extra parameters passed to cb_begin

changed implementation of clock callback: use mach_absolute_time on macOS and clock_gettime on Linux

report() to print to stdout, the piped output will be written to result file by the framework. This is to help see the data in terminal when running a compiled program outside of the framework.

fix problem in clockcallback.c; RPython language not asserting the existance of libmu_pypy_support.dylib
