[Calibration] FOP
Description
Part of #12.
- added a bunch of FOP files from Apache examples; also added one converted from markdown using Laika;
- now loop through all the FOP files in a directory instead of processing one single FOP file;
- removed
smallsize, there is only onedefaultsize now.
There has been difficulty in finding large enough FOP files.
